Futuristic Mini Rocketman Features Split Tailgate and Widespread Doors

BMW MINI has designed a new vehicle, measuring just 11 feet in length. Considered to be the smallest vehicle designed by the reputed company, the new ‘Mini Rocketman’ concept has been showcased at the Geneva Motor Show 2011. The three-door vehicle boasts 3 seats, with an optional door to add to the rear. The flexible truck capacity splits the car rear door into 2 parts: a top segment connected to the roof that can be raised upwards, a lower component that extends outwards, just like a drawer. The car’s gates are double-hinged and slides forward and out, to provide effortless entry and exit in close quarters.

Audi O Green Car Concept

The Audi O green car concept designed by Czech based designer Ondrej Jirec combines a stylish and sports car with a powerful audio system. Though the exterior uses the usual Audi styling, especially the grill which is neatly placed between the headlights; the glass windows in the doors are extending to the bottom adding to the overall design of the vehicle. The designer says that inspiration includes the previous Audi model, i-pod and music. It features an audio system, bluetooth and internet connectivity and a built in 650 GB hard drive. Audi A0 QS Features Stunning Aesthetics and Great Performance

The Audi A0 QS, Q stands for four-wheel drive and S for sports, has been specially designed forathletes and rich people to enhance their active lifestyles. This small and dynamic sports car is equipped with electric motor and a hydrogen engine that make the car entirely hybrid. Audi RH Combines A Zero Emission Hydrogen Engine Concept With Extreme Lightweight Technology

I’ve been enjoying driving from the moment I learned how to drive a car. I used to enjoy my daily morning drive to work when I was still an employee. Fresh air in the morning, not so crowded street, listening to soft music from the radio, a perfect 20 minutes alone. Due to rapidpopulation growth, driving in the future might create more frustration than joy, especially in overcrowded cities. People will either use high-tech vehicles or public transport. The feeling of individual mobility, however, contributes a lot to the impression of freedom enjoyed by many motorists.

Created in cooperation with Audi AG, the Audi RH Concept carries Audi’s brand values. RH promotes enjoyable driving experience, a compact and lightweight transportation for the year of 2015. This car has been designed to carry only 2 passengers in a very narrow space (3.2 meters long). The interior features minimalist design. The driver seat is located in the middle of the vehicle and the second seat for the passenger is located behind. This increases the feeling of narrowness, which strongly contributes to thedriving experience. As you can see the overall design was inspired by a lightweight aeroplane in both styling and construction.

Futuristic Honda Zeppelin Luxury Sports Sedan Concept Was Inspired by An Airship

Myung Jin Jung, who is studying in car design course of Hongik University, has designed theHonda Zeppelin, a luxurious futuristic sedan car as his final year thesis. As the name suggests, this splendid car was partially inspired by airships. The mass impression of this car was achieved by combining soft volume elements of an airship and potent lines that are commonly found in luxurious automobiles. The symmetric styling of this Honda Zeppelin is an extraordinary featurewhich can run from the hood, down the roofline and the entire rear end. Slit-like windscreen is another exclusive feature of this car. There is an inclusive video display inside the car which will allow the driver a greater field-of-vision.

The 2030 Honda’s luxury sports sedan, Zeppelin Concept, was designed with a design direction of “High-tech Dynamic”, inspired from an airship. The feeling of mass has been completed by applying design elements of aerodynamic form from an airship, and on top of that, expressed the distinct powerful image ofHonda. Especially the asymmetrical main character line extends from the front hood along the roof line, to all the way back at the rear end. Hexagonal front grille and thick nose volume and the protruding horizontal lamp completes the dynamic face.

The interior was also inspired from the airship, reminiscent of a cozy salon or a first-class seat of an airplane. There is no dashboard in Zeppelin. All the necessary information and other elements needed for driving is displayed on the inter panel of the car, and everything is controlled with only the minimum physical movement due to the use of voice recognition technology. The seat position can be changed freely. That front row seat can rotate 360 degrees and so when the car is not moving, the front row seat and the back row seat can face each other. This makes it possible for a brief meeting, enjoying tea and even working in the car, which could also provide a new experience to the family or a fellow passenger. Due to the display environment on the windshield it was possible to use the angle of windshield and the shape of the A-pillar as a design element of the exterior without any restriction.
